"Pot Calls Kettle Black"

More than a tattoo -
our skin, our sexuality and identity,
yet your intolerant-self scream taboo
and have handed many over to be slaughtered--
not even their carefully tailored lives could alter this lunacy -

How dare them look like or want their own kind, you ask -
you scream abomination -
and as part of your so-called daily godly task -
you call for complete annihilation -
while your 'equally' rotten deeds remain in mask

O save the witch and burn them at the stake because you look or sin different--
you who appears to have a warrant
from your illusionary god to carry out
what leaves many feeling haunted --
causing them to live their lives in an everyday plea -
also forced to ask everyone to let them be.

Kwame Nkrumah and Martin Luther King

You are no different from the oppressors of Kwame Nkrumah and Mandela -
those vile men with an illusion of supremacy and moral authority --
who likewise caused the match to Selma led by Martin Luther --
to purchase freedom
and establish their identity.

Unchain their freedom:
how much would it cost?
They are more than willing to buy some love and acceptance if that is all it will cost--
I am sure it is the least atonement for being different.
Unchain their freedom:
let us not make vain
the toils of our forebears whose blood and pain -
long purchased our freedom --
and while we are at it let us forget not
that we all have fallen short
of the very standards we stationed -
perhaps 'equally' deserving to be stoned.

Manasseh's Wedding Was Far From "Private and Solemn".

Not a wedding of the century. Far from that. But iconic in many regards!

The list of 'golden' names that delightfully graced the event makes it so! After all this is one of Ghana's most notable investigative journalists.

Anas Aremeyaw Anas and Kwame Sefa Kayi

NPP's Dr. Bawumia
Beat it down if you may - the groom himself attempts to label it "private and solemn".

SMH!

Manasseh Azure Awuni married Rebecca "Serwaa" on Saturday August 20 at the Aburi Botanical Garden. Or the other way to please the feminist in...

The "Bongo boy" managed to keep the WHEN or WHERE from public knowledge. Not the WHO though. Most of his akin "friends and numerous followers" would have read or heard of the 'famous' Serwaa.

Manasseh didn't fail to double the ink with which he wrote the name of "The woman of his life" - more than and hard enough in almost all his write ups on relationships.

The latest personality wedding doesn't cut as "private and solemn" as he had tried so hard to pitch it - a grandeur of political and media 'royals' who attended made it the LOUDEST nuptial bliss any couple who wanted their event overt - could wish for - an irony of  his 'real' intent.

Think of this: the presence of investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas with his accustomed facial beaded disguise is enough DRAMA to last a week's headlines.

But I'll cut him some slack - why keep the other bird off of the same flock on this occasion . I "don't think far".

Other A-list political and media personalities who helped create the magical moment for the couple included the vice presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Dr. Bawumau [@MBawumia], the officiating pastor, Mensah Otabil, Kwame Sefa Kayi of the Peace FM's Kokorokoo, Citi FM's Bernard Avle,Upper West Regional Minister, Alhaji Amin Amidu Sulemani, Mr. Ebenezer Asante, CEO of MTN Ghana, Albert Ocran and other celebrated names.

Well - we at Crabbita Media Consult pray the best happens to your marriage!

Girl or Boy: Wife Of Actor Majid Michel Gives Birth:

One of their children -- not the exact baby.

The wife of award-wining Ghanaian star actor Majid Michel, Virna Michel has given birth to their third child, a girl, she confirmed to cmcghana.blogspot.com today [Tuesday].

She denied us exclusive photos of the baby because tomorrow will mark only one week since she gave birth - and says it is in line with Ghana's customs and traditions.

This is another blessing to the duo who renewed their ten-year marriage at the La Palm Royal Hotel last year.
