NEWS: Court Rules in Favor of Zanetor Rawlings.
An Accra High Court on Friday dismissed a case filed by three members of
the National Democratic Congress (NDC) against the Klottey Korle
Parliamentary candidate Zanetor Rawlings.The three, Joseph Narku Botchway, Jacob Amin and Reverend Michael Kwabena Nii Adjei Sowah prayed the court to annul the results of the NDC’s parliamentary primary in the area.
They further sought to challenge the eligibility of the Parliamentary candidate, Zanetor Rawlings who they allege is not a registered.
The plaintiff did not demonstrate in anyway how their rights had been violated, the court ruled.
